Painting Makes Me Happy

Painting does make me happy; I watched a segment of a series on MPT yesterday named "Creativity in America," and one of the artists said pretty much the same thing. It's a joy to bring beauty into the world. Of course, having said that, I must admit that right now Somerville Roses is nothing more than a sloppy mess, since I got the original measurements on the picket fence wrong and had to paint over some areas. But once I brush in some of the greenery and the roses, it'll be fine.

Meanwhile, The Gauntlet makes me really happy. It's going well.
