It's gotten harder to find easel time lately with the change in seasons and the need to yard work when the days are mild. The weekend will be cooler, so I'm trying to get a few gardening tasks done as well as trying to paint. But here's this afternoon's accomplishments:
Dealt with some unpleasant issues regarding the sticky glazing medium, lower right corner; worked on the glasses just above there.
Next:
Not at all happy with the upper left corner; looks too mechanical, not organic; will have to bust up those lines with some leaves.

More work done on the leftmost umbrella and the tables and chairs. Next time: do chair leg touch-up with greens, and create cast shadows from the furniture.
