The floor took an awfully long time this afternoon. The grout lines that I painted in were horrible; they were very dark and wobbly and assertive. I bit the bullet, so to speak, and went back in with the tile colors (a mix of 4 pigments) and carefully painted around and on top of the dark lines. I don't want the floor to be the thing that draws your eye; it needs to be nondescript.
