Sometimes You've Gotta Know When To Stop

Every painter I know uses Liquin, a paint medium that speeds drying time, but I've always been suspicious of it. My paintings would go a lot faster, I'm sure, if I used it, but I worry about archival qualities all the time, and prefer to just let the paint dry naturally.

Nonetheless, I was dismayed to find that a few areas on this one were still a bit sticky from the Tuesday painting session. I worked around them as best I could and actually got a lot done; still, it's time to pack it in before I start making a smeary mess of things.
