Daniel, Grace, and A Sunrise

As in the previous piece, I concentrated on the skin, and still need to refine the eyes. But it's coming along.

However— as hard as it is to admit to myself, I have to give up on this version of Grace. No matter how many times I redraw, the stance is still wrong and it looks like she's getting ready to pitch backwards. Plus, she's much cuter than I've been able to paint her. So I shall buy a new panel and start over from scratch. I'll probably use this panel for something textural.

Last one for the week (and it's been a productive week) is a re-do of one of the B Series sky paintings; almost done.
