On The Plus Side...

We visited Le Diplomate yesterday where I had a fine brunch of eggs vol-au-vent (NOBODY can cook like the French!) , gougeres, and for dessert, Île Flottante. Of course the dessert will figure into the series! Here is a photo of the dish; I'll get started on the transfer grid tonight, as I've got a brand new panel ready to go.
