Sky Stuff

I continue to repaint some of the old Sky Series B pieces; first, this is the one I've been noodling around with for the last several weeks:

I still don't feel like it's working but I don't know how to fix it.

 

Here's the start of another. It's very rough right now, and I'm putting it atop the original piece:

Really, the upper left corner was very nice, but the rest of it was a disaster. We'll see if the new treatment is any better.
