Took the day off and went to a garden center several miles away; made a half dozen panoramic shots of the vibrant flowers and bought a couple of coneflowers for the yard. Now home and resting my hurt knee after doing a lot of photo editing. 99 degrees outside.
This reference shot will find its way onto a waiting 9" x 39" canvas fairly soon.
